Planning Success – Agricultural to Commercial
Comments:0

We are delighted to confirm that Weldon Beesly have achieved planning permission to convert a redundant agricultural building to a Commercial Use, by way of Permitted Development Rights (Class R). This was achieved on a site with previous planning problems, so using the 1,614 sq.ft rule was deemed the best way to progress diversification on the site.

If you have any redundant buildings you would like to obtain permission for Commercial (or Residential) Use please let us know.
