Census 2021 & Empty Residential Properties

Empty properties need a census return.

Although the Census date of 21 March has passed it is not too late to fill in a return and prevent a fine.  All addresses should have a return so if you own a property that is currently vacant then you will need to return or submit a census form for that address instead.  This includes properties between tenants, second homes and renovation projects.

If you haven’t received a form in the post, or can’t get the post from the property you can complete the census online by requesting an access code to be sent to you by text.
