Charlotte leads the estate management team at Weldon Beesly.  She manages a number of traditional rural estates for private clients both on site and on a consultancy basis providing day-to-day management and strategic advice.  With 20 years of experience in the sector she has experience of a wide range of rural property matters for a diverse range of clients across Hertfordshire, Essex and East Anglia.
Tim has 17 years’ experience of managing a diverse range of rural property and providing strategic management advice. He directly manages his own portfolio of rural properties for private and institutional clients. He also assists Charlotte in overseeing the estate management team.
Emily is the first point of contact for our estate management clients, tenants and contractors. She directly looks after landlord and tenant issues including reviews and helping estates realise their full value.
Emily is an initial contact for clients and tenants in dealing with landlord and tenant matters. She operates our property specialist management programme to manage properties and tenants, providing further efficiency to our service. Her work includes issuing rent demands, chasing debtors, producing client statements and dealing with contractors. She also drafts tenancy agreements, undertakes property inspections and references new tenants.
Sarah undertakes bookkeeping services for clients and manages our client account. Her work includes issuing rent demands, chasing debtors, paying invoices and preparing financial statements for clients.
