Agricultural to Commercial – Permitted Development Success
Weldon Beesly are pleased to announce further success with an application submitted under the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
The application allows for a redundant agricultural building to be brought back into commission for any flexible use under Class B8 (Storage and Distribution). This has enabled our client to realise a commercial income far in excess of its current use, plus vastly increasing its capital value.
If you have any agricultural buildings that are sitting idle and would like to consider revitalising such assets, then please contact the office.
