Adrian Bird joins Weldon Beesly
Weldon Beesly are delighted to welcome Adrian Bird PgD REALM to their professional team as a Consultant. Adrian started his working life as a farm manager, firstly in Hampshire then returning to Hertfordshire. Adrian has spent the last 18 years specialising in compensation claims for landowners and occupiers affected by utility works including rail, road, gas, electric and water projects.
Adrian joins his former colleagues, Jack Panton and Tim Starkey and will strengthen Weldon Beesly’s offering in this specialist area.
Weldon Beesly Partner and Chartered Surveyor Hugo Richardson said “We are really pleased Adrian has agreed to join us as a Consultant. With continued growth and development in our region, further infrastructure is inevitable and we want to make sure we can respond to the increase in demand for this service. Adrian has extensive experience and good working relationships with many of the statutory undertakers which means he can not only advise on the statutory process but can identify the opportunities which often exist around such schemes.”
Weldon Beesly was started by Hugo Richardson in 2011. The firm advises on rural property matters across Hertfordshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Since its formation the firm has grown to provide a full range of rural property management, sales and purchases, business lettings, valuation and consultancy advice.
