Eleanor joins Weldon Beesly as a Chartered Rural Surveyor, bringing experience in estate management, valuation, and rural planning.
A Cambridge native, she studied Law at Anglia Ruskin University before completing a Master’s in Rural Estate and Land Management at Harper Adams. Her previous roles with Strutt & Parker and the Country Land and Business Association gave her valuable insight into rural policy, diversification, and planning – areas she’s passionate about developing further at Weldon Beesly.
Hugo Richardson, Partner at Weldon Beesly, said:
“We are delighted that Eleanor has agreed to join our growing team. Planning is a very important aspect of our business, unlocking value and opportunity for our rural landowning and farming clients. Eleanor’s appointment forms part of our wider strategy to grow the planning side of our business.
With her enthusiasm and drive, she has already made an impact on the various projects she is taking on!”
