The policies comply with the requirements of the RICS and the FCA and the territorial and jurisdictional cover is worldwide, subject always to the full terms and conditions of the policy.

We are also members of The Property Ombudsman, which provides for the resolution of any consumer complaints that are not satisfactorily resolved between the parties to be referred to the independent Ombudsman.
