Edward Broad

Graduate Surveyor

BSC (Hons)

I joined Weldon Beesly in September 2024 as a Graduate Surveyor and work with the
partners on a wide variety of work including valuations, lettings, sales and landlord and tenant matters.

I graduated from Harper Adams University in 2023 with a 2:1 in Rural Enterprise and Land
Management. During my studies I completed a placement year with Cambridgeshire County
Council’s Rural Assets Team who manage over 35,000 acres of farmland with over 160
farming tenants.

I have grown up on a family farm in Essex, where I have worked from a young age. This was
the starting point for my interest in rural matters and rural surveying.

I hope to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor in 2025 and am also working towards my exams
for Fellowship of The Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
