Rural Development Sale

Following a reasonably short marketing campaign we have sold a fantastic development opportunity on the outskirts of Harpenden. The property included former agricultural buildings that benefitted from conversion to residential use under ‘Class Q’ permitted development rights.

We invited bids by way of formal tender and received offers well in excess of the guide price. Sale by this method allowed the client to reach a point of exchange extremely efficiently. The level of offers received reflects the strength in the market, even with the economy dealing with the effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
