Weldon Beesly have recently secured planning permission for a new self-build dwelling near Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
Working alongside the Client and project designers, Weldon Beesly planners successfully brought the main relevant supporting national and local planning policies to the attention of the local planning authority.
The new dwelling has been designed to blend in with the rural surroundings and will incorporate energy efficiency measures to ensure its long-term sustainability.
