Weldon Beesly are delighted to welcome Emily Margesson BSc (Hons) to their property management team.

With over 5 years’ rural property management experience, Emily has considerable knowledge of the statutory framework surrounding property administration and dealing with the many issues which affect residential and land owners.

Emily joins just a year after her former colleagues Tim Starkey and Jack Panton joined Weldon Beesly from Bidwells in St Albans.

Weldon Beesly Partner Tim Starkey, who has previously worked closely with Emily said “Emily joins the firm at an important time as demand for our property management services increases. Emily is highly organised and effective and will ensure we deliver a joined up, proactive and efficient property management service in conjunction with the bookkeeping and accounts services offered by our Finance Manager, Sarah Tuck.”

Weldon Beesly was set up by Chartered Surveyor Hugo Richardson in 2011. The firm advises on rural property matters across Hertfordshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.  Since its formation the firm has grown to provide a full range of rural property management, sales and purchases, business lettings, valuation and consultancy advice, and currently operates from Bishops Stortford and St Albans.

July 2019.
