About Me
I joined Weldon Beesly in July 2018.
My surveying career began with Faulkners in Kings Langley in 2002. I joined Bidwells in 2008 and then, as a partner, became head of the valuation team in St Albans.
I am an RICS registered valuer and specialise in the valuation of rural property including land, farms and rural estates. I undertake strategic estate management for private clients. My work includes providing advice on a wide range of rural professional matters.
Professional qualifications include being a chartered surveyor (MRICS) and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV). As a director of the CAAV, I sit on the Central Council. I became an examiner for the CAAV fellowship exams and held the position of chief examiner for the eastern region in 2017. I was elected to the position of president of the Herts, Beds and Bucks Agricultural Valuers Association in 2009/10.
I am also a qualified lecturer and previously spent five years lecturing in agriculture at Oaklands College in St Albans.
I am a member of the committee of the Hertfordshire and Middlesex Country Land and Business Association (CLA). I have been a school governor for many years and am currently the chair of governors at Breachwood Green JMI School.
