About Me
I started work as an Assistant Land Agent and Auctioneer in Lincolnshire in 1995 and qualified as a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor in 2000. Having grown up in the Bishop’s Stortford area I returned from Lincolnshire in 2002 and worked for Sworders Agricultural and then Savills. I started Weldon Beesly in 2011 to offer what I hope is a responsive, personal service to farmers and landowners.
I have a broad experience base having worked for large and small firms. I now focus on valuation, property compensation, strategic land management, development and landlord & tenant work.
I have been involved with a number of local organisations;
2003-2005 – Founder and Chairman of Bishop’s Stortford Young Professionals
2010-2015 – Chairman of Hertfordshire GWCT Committee
2015-16 – President of The Rotary Club of Bishop’s Stortford
2017-2019 – Chairman of Hertfordshire CLA Committee
2017-2019 – Chairman of Rotary Satellite Club of Bishop’s Stortford
