LLB (Hons) MRICS
I am a Cambridge girl through and through having grown up in a village north of the city and later going to Anglia Ruskin University to study law. After finishing my law degree, I worked at Stutt & Parker as a graduate surveyor undertaking estate management duties, valuation work and advising on landlord and tenant matters. Whilst working I studied at Harper Adams for my Master in Rural Estate and Land Management.
Following the completion of my Masters in 2023, I moved to work for the County Land and Business Association working as a regional surveyor in the east counties. Here I had the opportunity to engage with MPs, civil servants and other local stakeholders on issues that the CLA were lobbying government for change on. I also provided advice on a range of matters from tenancies, access issues to diversification and planning advise. It was here I discovered my interest in rural planning, in particular providing advice on the potential opportunities to redevelop or change the use of land to generate new income streams for rural businesses. In 2024 I qualified as a Chartered Rural Surveyor and in October 2025 I moved to Weldon Beesly to work alongside colleagues providing planning advice.
