Weldon Beesly provide specialist residential and agricultural property valuations. The type of valuation we can provide will depend on the purpose of the valuation and it is important to understand this from the outset.
We are members of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and are members of the Valuer Registration Scheme. This means we are regulated by RICS and able to provide formal valuations. We provide valuation advice in the context of;
- Inheritance Tax (probate)
- Capital Gains Tax and Stamp Duty Land Tax
- Charities and Pension Funds
Weldon Beesly also offers less formal valuation advice if you are considering the sale of rural property.
