WELDON BEESLY OPEN SECOND OFFICE

We are delighted to announce the opening of our second office in the pretty village of Great Offley, just outside Hitchin on the edge of the Chilterns AONB.

The Old Dairy Barn at Hoo Farm stands on the edge of a diversified farmyard with excellent car parking and a range of retail and business units nearby. Only a mile from the A505, the office can be quickly found on the edge of the village.

The new office supplements our office in Bishop’s Stortford and our ongoing presence from St Albans. It means we can offer our wide range of rural property services to existing and new clients in the area and will help us to grow our business into Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and beyond.

Weldon Beesly Partner, Hugo Richardson, said ‘The Great Offley office location works well for our team and offers us a great platform from which to continue to grow and develop the business. The timing of this new office coincides with the arrival of experienced Consultant Planner Paul Atton who has joined us from Carter Jonas. We can now offer expert planning services, an area we are increasingly being called to advise on. We are very excited at this new chapter in the Weldon Beesly story.’
