Tim Starkey joins Weldon Beesly
Weldon Beesly are delighted to welcome Tim Starkey BSc (Hons) PGCertEd PGDip MRICS FAAV to their professional team.
With over 20 years professional experience in the rural sector, first as a lecturer in agriculture and then as a rural surveyor, Tim specialises in the valuation of rural property, the strategic management of rural estates, Basic Payment Scheme and professional services work.
Tim joins Weldon Beesly only 6 months after his rural agency colleague, Jack Panton joined the firm. Jack and Tim previously worked together for 15 years firstly at Faulkners and then as Partners of Bidwells and together intend to strengthen Weldon Beesly’s rural management and professional presence in the St Albans area.

Weldon Beesly was set up by Chartered Surveyor Hugo Richardson in 2011. The firm advises on rural property matters across Hertfordshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Since its formation the firm has grown to provide a full range of rural property management, sales and purchases, business lettings, valuation and consultancy advice.
