Jack Panton

PgD BSc (Hons) MRICS

I recently joined Weldon Beesly at the beginning of 2018 and have already built a good agency offering, both in terms of land/equestrian property sales and Rural Business Space lets on farms.

I have over 15 years Agency experience, previously at Bidwells and Faulkners, and I specialise in the sale and let of rural properties, ranging from large and complex estates to niche equestrian properties. I also provide comprehensive advice on commercial/business lets on farms and undertake valuations of all types.

Outside of work I enjoy sport of most types, but especially watching England cricket and football (when we are doing well in tournaments!). I also steward at the Hertfordshire County Show and have done so for over 10 years.

Tim Starkey

Also new to the team at Weldon Beesly, we welcome Tim Starkey, who formally begins with us in July.

Tim has been in practice for over 14 years with Bidwells and specialises in the valuation of rural property. Tim is also heavily involved in estate management where he undertakes strategic management of rural estates for both private and institutional clients.  He can also provide comprehensive advice on a wide range of other rural professional work.
