Planning Success – Agricultural to Residential & Commercial
Comments:0

Weldon Beesly have just secured successful planning permissions, by utilising Permitted Development Rights to allow clients to use their redundant agricultural buildings. This has included change of use to commercial under Class R and residential dwellings under Class Q. We have also regularised the use of buildings through retrospective planning applications and submitting Certificates of Lawful Existing Use and Development, to authorise non-agricultural uses.

There is much uncertainty at the moment, so it is especially important to ensure you are safeguarding your business and thinking strategically to maximise the use of your assets. If you have any thoughts about planning or development of your existing assets please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss.

We want to remind people that we remain fully operational and committed to advising our clients through this period.
